if you want a custom table from scratch, please include the following...

• a specific image for the contact table.
• what font you'd like, and what color you want the font to be.
• anything you want it to specifically say.
• if you want the other contact table buttons displayed.

if you want an existing contact table of mine edited to your liking, please include the following...

• the URL of the desired contact table, or an attachment of it. (for example, please don't request: "oh the purple one with john lennon or the one with the pink flowers" - that is NOT helpful, only aggrivating! :\ )
• button color change, a font you'd like, what color you want the font to be, etc.
• if you want the other contact table buttons displayed.
